[redacted] [redacted] I just became aware you are handling a complaint I filed with Revdex.com The complaint # is: [redacted] .Could you please give me an update on the complaint My wife and I used to love the owners at the gallery and would often visit and chat with them During the past two years, I’m guessing there’s been a tremendous slowdown in business and one of the owners, Matt had to find work outside the gallery to help pay the bills Since then, customer service has gone downhill and as a result, we needed to file this complaint.Thank you, [redacted]

As per the customer's request a refund check #[redacted] was sent to her.
