Review: In March of 2015, my daughter and I signed up for personal training(PT) which scheduled to begin on 4/19/2015. I was to make 2 payments a month of $196.80 for 21/2 hr buddy sessions( my daughter and I ) a week. On 4/19, our first session was cancelled with trainer [redacted] and 4/22 our session was cancelled with [redacted] but he made it up on 4/25. 4/26 was cancelled again by [redacted] M.. I made 5 payments of $196.00 from 3/2-5/16/2015. We did have all of our sessions in 5/15. In 6/15 we had 3 sessions. My daughter and I went on vacation which they were notified a month prior. We left on 6/11/15 and returned on 6/16/2015. When we went for training on 6/17 with [redacted] we found out that both of our trainers quit. The reason I heard is because they were not certified!! I asked to speak to the manager, [redacted], to find out what we were going to do about our remaining sessions. We only had 14 session so far. They still owed us six sessions. [redacted], manager, insisted we had none left. I asked for an appointment with [redacted], the owner, which I never got. They kept telling me that she will call me but never did. I also requested a print out of the records of when I punched in my personal code after each session, [redacted] kept telling me he will get it from the IT people and I never received that either. I was given the run around for weeks. Nothing was accomplished. On sunday 7/12, [redacted] seen me at the gym and told me that she will contact me in three days because she wanted to make it up to me since I have been a member there for many years. Today is 7/20 and I have not heard from her yet. This is not the first of my complaints. I have had a horrible experience with this gym prior to this episode which I will file another complaint.Desired Settlement: Since this program was supposed to be consistent so that you can get results, I would like my entire refund, It was never consistent, I seen no results. My daughter is in shape but she wanted to continue for her mental and physical health such as I did. If I can not get the entire refund, I will settle for 1/2 of the entire price I paid
