I can't say enough about how good this company is! They were very responsive, gave me good advice and did excellent work. I'm a skilled tradesman and have a critical eye and they were top notch. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC project.
A whole house inspection showed a slightly elevated Co2 level, and a potential buyer hired this company to inspect the furnace. The time frame appt was 10am-12pm and they never showed. A call was made and they said they would be there at 2pm. They showed a bit after 2:30pm. The technician did not have a device to check Co2 which was the reason for the extra inspection in the first place, then proceeded to tell us we had a cracked heat exchanger in a furnace that was working fine. I was dubious and scheduled a 2nd opinion the next day, (by Watkins) and no cracks were found, a 3rd inspection (initiated by the buyer) by Brackman could find no cracks in the heat exchanger either (or Co2 issues) and both the 2nd and 3rd technicians actually had Co2 measuring devices.....When one company tells you you basically need a new furnace, and two others find nothing wrong??.... You make your own judgment, but as for me, I will never use this "outstanding" company.
