Did not show up for two delivery appointments.This company contacted me last Friday November20,2015 and scheduled an appointment for Monday November 23,2015 between 10:00am and 2:00pm. after waiting for the delivery for over 2 hours the company called me to let me know that their delivery truck had broken down. There was an entire day of work lost due to not being able to schedule appointments that late in the day. They rescheduled for today, Tuesday November 23,2015 for the time between 10:00am and 2:00pm. I called the company at 12:40 and they assured me that our delivery was on schedule. At 1:40 I just recieved a call telling me that cannot make our delivery again and requested that I take off a third day. Rudely I was very disappointed with this situation and requested to talk to a supervisor and the caller informed me that one was not in and that it was her job to handle this situation. At this time I really do not care for this company to cause me to loose a third day of work. I feel that they are very unprofessional and I feel that they should reimburse me for my time off of work./////Desired SettlementI would like a delivery today!/////
