Forward Diesel charged me $674 to travel 16.3 miles & remove a starter from my RV.
They charged me $674 for 45 minutes worth of work.
They spent 5 minutes troubleshooting, confirmed the problem & pulled the starter. That's it. That's ALL they did. No parts, no towing, nothing. $674.
I called their office to confirm the litany of charges:
$75 labor charged for driving 16.3 miles TO the RV.
$175 Service Call charge
$75 labor charged for driving 16.3 miles From the RV Back to Their shop.
$300 Labor - $150 / Hr., Two Hour Minimum.
$45 for Shop Supplies
Complete rip off, disputing charges to my card.
DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!
