Forward-Express

Review: I was contacted by Forward Express about about a position as a shipment goods agent. I signed the contract and accepted the position on the [redacted] ofJune 2013. Per the contract, "The employer should provide the employee with the job within 5(five) business days after signing the contract, pay the monthly salary(3200 usd during the one month trial period, 3850 usd after the trail period), in time using the following payments systems for transferring money: Western Union, Bank wire transfers, checking, money Gram, Pay Pal. Employer should pay on the 5th of every month, employer must provide employee with timely and detailed instructions." None of this has happened. I supplied them with all of my personal information and they have yet to respond to my repeated emails about shipments and payments. Although I received a response about it taking 1-2 days max to deliver shipments to my address, there have been no shipments made, nor attempted per the postal service office in my area. Today is July [redacted] and still nothing to this date about shipments or payments. I have been emailed about shipments being sent, but when I spoke with my local post office, I was told that there where sent, returned, nor attempted. Forward Express LLC owes me one month of salary. They have yet to respond to my repeated attempts to contact them by email or phone. The phone just rings. The fax number is always busy. I have honored my part of the contract. They have failed to honor the contract.Desired Settlement: Per the contract; at this point I am owed my salary, as the [redacted] of this month has passed, and is quickly approaching again. Demand for payment per the contract.
