Never again
They rescheduled my initial delivery, without so much as a phone call. Then once they arrived the following week, they immediately said they can't install my new dishwasher due to the fact that the existing one uses a hose extension to the garbage disposal. After talking to a manager they agreed to install but wouldn't connect the hose or waterline due to liability. Later they stated the waterline hose didn't look long enough. So they refused to install the new dishwasher in its entirety. I had my own hose kit - new, same brand they were using, only the hose was longer. They still refused due to the fact that the hose didn't come from them. It was no different than the one they were using - only the length. I honestly think they must have damaged the unit, since they really didn't want to install it, no matter what. They kept coming up with excuses. I'm left with an uninstalled dishwasher. And LG is giving me the run around on refunding my installation charges...

This company is the WORST COMPANY EVER!
Every employee is GOD AWEFUL! The warehouse staff is s#user to deal with. They damaged my property on the original delivery and it’s now taking a year to get a warranty replacement from a#}holes. They cancel appointments without calling so you cancel your day but they don’t bother to tell you that they’re not coming so you do ont waste an entire day waiting for them to show. They tell you 10-2 but then don’t show. So I called and they say 2-6 but I call back because I was told they would call by 2:30 to be on the way. I waited till 4. They said I was scheduled 2:30-6:30. Ummm no. They are skeeming thieves who lie and think your time isn’t worth anything. They don’t care about your property either. If you’re made to deal with them DONT!

Most Horrible Delivery Experience Ever
I ordered a table, bench, and chairs from Wayfair,. Table and bench was delivered on time. This company located in Johnson City Tennessee has had my chairs to the table for over three weeks. They have scheduled delivery three times, and I have not received them yet. They offer all kinds of stupid excuses and are very evasive. I am so frustrated! I am going to call them after the New Year Holiday is over, and tell them that I will drive for 2 1/2 hours to get them, and yes I expect them to pay me for the delivery fee that Wayfair paid them. They do not care about the customer at all. They are a joke, and should be put out of business. Maybe a class action lawsuit would suit them just fine!

Terrible Service
These people are the absolute worst. They told us their company was called MY2K. Home Depot contracted them for installation. They came to our home to install a dishwasher and microwave. The first thing we were told was they had 15 minutes to install both appliances. They proceeded to install our microwave but had no tools except a drill. They damaged our cabinet and did not install our microwave correctly. Then they told us they could not install the dishwasher because there wasn't enough clearance between the countertop and floor. And they didn't have time because they had to get to another appointment. After they left, we removed the old dishwasher with no problem and installed the new one ourselves. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

No show
Terrible service. Delivery was on time but could not hook up water for ice maker/water dispense. We had to pay someone to come and do that. The French doors on the refrigerator were not leveled at the time of delivery. We have been trying for 2 weeks to get the doors leveled. We have had appointments but nobody ever showed up. I paid the extra for install but their idea of install and mine are quite different. If you have a choice stay away from this company.

Late notice on long delay
They called the day prior to delivery to tell me the delivery would be delayed 9 days due to labor shortage. So they didn’t know until a day prior and it’s so bad they had to delay that long?! This happened on prior order as well. Will never order from Home Depot again, and will always ask who the carrier is in the future. Just awful

TERRIBLE COMPANY, THE WORST, ZERO STAR

1) They use different names .
“Linn star transfer, inc” –
“Forward Final Mile.”
Please HOME DEPOT.
LG or any company thinking to hire this company, please don’t do it. Try to find other delivery company.
They scheduled 3 times the delivery and never showed up or call to cancel.

2) BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT-
The customer service is not helpful.
They have not communications with the drivers or the warehouse.
When you call the customer service is just to heard .
“I understand. I will send one email to the warehouse and call you back” .
And they never call.
In My case
1) They received my refrigerator , oven and dishwasher from LG on 29th of June 2022 . Today is the 09th. And I still no clue when I’m going to receive the Appliences.
2) The Scheduled on JULY 7th .
From 11- 3 PM. They didn’t show up or call to cancel. I lost the entire day of work for nothing .
3) They scheduled for Friday from 11-3 PM .
And also they didn’t show up or call to cancel.
I lost again the entire day of work for nothing .
4) They rescheduled to delivery Saturday. 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
No delivery, no calls no nothing .

Horrible experience
Ordered an appliance package from Home Depot. We missed the deliver by minutes and saw the truck pull away. We called the number on the note that was posted to our door to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week. We took time off to be present for the delivery and install. The customer service representative called to inform us that the address was incorrect and that the appliances could not be delivered. We stated they were going to be delivered last week and we got notice on our door so they clearly could. She said the delivery men broke protocol and we said well can you make an exception. She said no and that they were “reprimanded” for breaking protocol. We asked if there is a manager to speak to and she said no that she was the supervisor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. All it took was an email from Home Depot to “update” the address. When asked why we weren’t told of this BEFORE we got the second delivery and she did not have an answer nor did she issue an apology. We will never order appliances through Home Depot again unless they contract with another company. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

Dishwasher delivery & install
Absolutely the worst. Three guys came and left me with the dishwasher sticking out from the cabinet by about 1.5 inches. Didn’t speak English and just shook their heads at me tasking me to sign. I refused and they forged my signature for receipt. Called Home Depot and they were less than helpful. If you can avoid Forward Final Mile I would say 100% you should.

Dishwasher Delivery
This is horrible, my home warranty is using them to deliver my dishwasher and I was told a deliver time between 12-4. Noone showed up and no phone call. They only got a 1 star because it would not allow me to submit otherwise

We experienced the same nightmares as everyone else with Forward Final Mile yesterday 03/09/22
I truly understand the supply chain issues caused by COVID, we are all reasonable people.
BUT that does not explain the terrible and rude customer service. This company has a COMPLETE lack of care and courtesy when it comes to dealing with customers. I am reaching out to GE and cancelling both our appliance orders unless they can assure me they will NOT be delivered by Forward Mile.

Terrible company with even worst customer service
3 wks after ordering my dryer , they called to let me know delivery was today between 8 and 1pm . I called them at 5:15, the agent said the delivery was 1 to 5:30 and she would call to see where they were. She said they were at their 8th stop and I was the 10th stop so they’re enroute. At 7pm I got worried and called again only to be told that they were back at the warehouse so no delivery tonight . With no apology she , Sammy , went on to tell me that it would possibly be redelivered on March 22nd . Pls note that today is March 9th that I’m writing this review . I told this was unacceptable and no one even bothered to call and let me know that there would be no delivery as promised . I ask to speak to a supervisor , she told no point as the supervisor would tell me the same thing and it is what it is and that they were all busy . I ask for the supervisor’s and she stated that was not allowed . I insisted on speaking to her di I was out on hold for about 5 minutes then Sammy came back stating they were all busy and I should take what is offered , almost as if I did something wrong in not getting my delivery. After another long hold I guess she realized I was not hanging up a supervisor came up . Angela from Iowa or Ohio , can’t be sure . She was not in the least sympathetic or cared . It almost as if it’s the norm , I said the worst part is that no one apologized for this inconvenience . She stated she apologized, not true . After telling me the delivery would still be March 22nd with no reason as to why I was stood up she was done with me . I finally said I could have put in my order somewhere else and receive it much earlier , she told me she will refund my money and I can do that . Bare in mind I did not order from them , they are merely the freight company for delivery do not sure how she will return my money . Needless to say after waiting a month for my dryer I still don’t have one and this company couldn’t care less .

Absolutely Horrible Service and Zero Customer Service
I purchased a nearly $3,000 refrigerator from the GE Appliance Store (online) before Christmas with a delivery date of 01-05-2022. I paid extra for a water line and to move my old refrigerator down to the garage. I also purchased a protection plan.

The refrigerator was delivered by Forward Final Mile on 01-05-2022 and dropped off in the middle of my kitchen. While I was clearing out the old refrigerator the drivers left without saying a word. They did not install the door handles, did not even leave the water line I paid for, did not move my current refrigerator that I paid to have moved, or anything. They just left. The refrigerator even has a deep scratch on it.

I was on the phone all afternoon and I finally received a call from the delivery company stating they could not come out for a few days. This is absolutely unacceptable. Now I have a disassembled refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen floor in my small kitchen and my old refrigerator here, too.

The company came out on 01-07-2022, without calling me ahead of time, like they told me they would. They even showed earlier than the time slot they gave me. My son had to leave work to run home and meet them. Thankfully, he works close by and had a roommate to let them in.

He found the two man team to be terribly rude. He asked why they left on Wednesday without saying anything and one told him they aren't waiting around 15 minutes for him to unload the old refrigerator. My son told him that was what the 15 minute delivery notification window was for but they did not call him.

When moving the old refrigerator downstairs, they removed the door handles and took the front door of the house off to get it out. They caused damage to the old refrigerator and the door frame of his new house door (custom door installed less than a year ago). When they were leaving he mentioned the damage and the guy said, "That's the risk you take having us move it." He said I PAID to have the old one moved. They didn't care and just left, including leaving the trash in the middle of his kitchen floor.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
I have taken off work three times for deliveries that not happened. I was supposed to I I WISH I COULD SCORE MINUS 1000 I ordered a refrig, dish washer, microwave and stove. I ordered during Black Friday weekend. It's now January 19th and I still have not received my items. It's terrible. The customer service with this company is the worst. You can't reach anyone and Home Depot just puts the blame on the next person. Forward Final Mile should be closed down with no chance of every reopening. SERVICE is horrible. They had a shot with Home Depot a big store and they have shown to be reliable.

Horrible Service
Absolutely Horrible Service. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will use Forward Final Mile again, nobody should use them either. They are very irresponsible. They delivered the electric dryer on Wed Dec 29, 2021 but did not bring the electric cable that I paid for. They let the dryer in the garage because they said that they can to place it in the laundry because they did not install it. The delivery/install guy said that I need to call to set up the installation day. I called next day and they said that the next available day is two weeks later! That is not acceptable! I will not be without the dryer for two weeks because they forgot the electric cable. So, they called me next day and said that they will come Monday January 03, 2022.
Because they did not call me the date before to confirm the service, I called them con Monday January 03 and they say that the service was set up for Wed January 05, 2022! That's was not what they said when the they called be the week before! So, I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she cannot find the manager and she will send an email to him to call me. Obviously, he never called me! So, I wait until Wed January 05 and they DID NOT COME either. Never called me to give me an excuse.! So definitely, DO NOT used this company for delivery or installation!

Absolutely Horrible
Not sure why Home Depot ever considered this company as one of their delivery/install teams.

I had a delivery for a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Microwave was installed with no problems. Their fridge installation pinched the water line and I had to reinstall it myself. I can deal with little things like that but not a good start.

The real issue came with the dishwasher install. The installers said there was not enough space for the washer to fit and that I would have to take some of the floor out. They left without reconnecting the previous dishwasher and even forgot to leave the dishwasher kit that was part of the order. After taking a good chunk of my floor out, low and behold, I find out that I can EASILY remove the previous dishwasher, even if the floor wasn't taken out.

I rescheduled my install, I figured I would let them do it since they would also pick up my old unit. The driver calls me 30 minutes before he is supposed to arrive and leaves a voicemail. Thirty minutes later, he calls me and I miss his call and immediately call him back twice and text, and no answer. Then my calls start going to voicemail. I took the day off of work to be home for the install.

Customer service is a completely other beast as well. I don't know if they have CS rep shortage, since all calls take at least 30-60 minutes to even be answered. Anyway, I called and finally got someone on the phone and explained my situation. She told me that she would reach out to the driver and placed me on hold. After 30 minutes of being on hold, they hung up on me without saying anything. I called them again and got a different person. They told me they tried to reach out to the driver and weren't able to reach him and that my install was marked "reschedule". I asked them to refund the install and haul-away but they said that "ONLY" Home Depot can do this.

I don't know how such a disorganized business still runs. If you decide to get something installed from Home Depot ask them who their delivery service is. If it's Forward Final Mile, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. I definitely won't be buying appliances from Home Depot again as long as this company is on their payroll.

Not even worth one star!
I truly have never experienced anything like this in all my years. My refrigerator is being replaced by my home warranty company due to my current one is broken. This all began the week of Christmas. On December 29th I received a voice message that I couldn't understand except a delivery tomorrow (12/30) between 1-4pm. I hit redial on my phone and after being on hold forever, I was told that my refrigerator was in and that everything needed to be emptied from my old one before the truck arrived. This was done and when the truck arrived, that would not install the new refrigerator because we didn't have a shut off valve within 4ft of the back of the fridge. NO ONE TOLD US THIS. We can easily shut the water off to our house with a flip of a switch, they still would not leave the fridge. I called the 800 number AGAIN, on hold for who knows how long and was told it would be 1/11/22 before they could come back, but they would need to get an exception because they can't hold the product for more than 10 days. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Fast forward to 1/5/22, I received a call that my fridge would be delivered between 10-2 on 1/6/22. I received the call that the truck would be at my house in 10-15 minutes at 11:52 am. I hurried and emptied my refrigerator. The truck arrived on my street, I have a circle driveway, however he drove past my house and turned right (I live on a corner lot). We have single lane roads and it was extremely difficult for this driver to make this turn (which he shouldn't have done). He turned up the road eventually, turned around and stopped in front of my house, got out of his truck and said he can't make it in my driveway. As he said this, I told him that he can, I have a full size 4 door Dodge Ram that pulls a 36ft fifth wheel trailer which is way bigger than what he was driving parked next to my house. He started screaming at me, walked back to his truck, got out his phone and took a picture of I guess my driveway, said he was going to turn around and come back. Well, this was yesterday and no refrigerator. If this guy couldn't back or pull into my driveway, he has no business driving a delivery truck. Furthermore, my neighbor called last night and said sometime between 12 noon and 1 PM, his mailbox was demolished by a duel axel vehicle. Guess who? Evidently, when the driver went to turn around, he took our my neighbors mailbox. No wonder he was in such a hurry to leave the neighborhood. I'm actually sort of scared of this company, if this is the kind of people they hire, I don't want their employees near my home. I'm still waiting on a supervisor to contact me.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
It is hard to put into words how horrible every aspect of this company is. I have literally been ignored for 2 months regarding a claim for 7, yes that is correct, 7 walls their delivery team damaged getting my refrigerator to my kitchen. They damaged EVERY single wall they had to pass and also damaged the fridge itself! I have been working with, (lol, sorry but working is a joke) claims facilitator, Cheryl Ford for 2 months now. The first month I never got a response, because she stated that all of my emails were going to her "junk folder", blah blah blah. Once I finally get her to answer the phone, after calling every day for a month straight she assured me that my emails were now going to her email box. It has been another month and she is just straight up ignoring my calls and emails. I'm completely disgusting that this company is still in business. I work in customer service and have never witnessed anything like this. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with them.

Abusive Representative
My name is Jeff Alvarez. I had a refrigerator delivered by FFM. My door was damaged by the delivery team. It took awhile but I had confidence that Home Depot and Sedgwick were respectable business. The delivery drivers removed the doors to get in. Now my doors weather strip is ripping apart. Door won't close properly.`
Steven Stowers (compliance manager) came to my home to inspect door. As we spoke he became very angry and began to yell calling me Racist at the top of his voice. This community is very very small. 4500 people I was afraid because of his size and level of anger, my ambulatory Wife was terrified. I had to have a locksmith because we were terrified because of the damage could be problem. He stated that if he had to come back he would have to charge me again. I agreed to wait until Sedgewick inspected and install the dead bolt. The cold air is coming thru the edges of door.
$$$$$$$$$ In his report he stated that there was NO damage. I would like to ask if you could have another rep come and see what we are going thru. Mr. Steven Stowers submitted a false report to your company. He is quite intimidating. As he drove away he yelled "I will fix your door"! Taunting me as he sped away. Terrible customer service
It is impossible to actually speak to anyone at this crappy company. After scheduling a washer/dryer delivery 4 weeks in advance, they inform me via voice message it will be delayed 2 days, a day that I am not available nor able to be available. They don't care - they just blame covid. How long are we gonna use that excuse, people?! If I don't accept their date, I'll have to wait 3 more weeks! Home Depot needs to find a different delivery service like right now!
