***, thank you for taking the time to speak with us over the past week to discuss what had happened I hope that our conversation has helped clear up some of the events that transpired.We wanted to further clarify a few of the points that were addressed in our telephone conversation: - We do not offer loans We offer fee based financing based mainly on revenue and cash flow of the business that is looking for funding The fee is a fat flee that is laid out up front in order to be very transparent and understand clearly what this financing will cost That is very different than a traditional loan based on a compounding APR that can vary wildly in cost based on length of repayment - Our processing fee and any other terms and conditions are laid out up front to you on a recorded call This is done precisely so that nobody feels there are any hidden fees We want to make sure that all terms are laid out clearly up front so that our clients are never mislead - We did not change our terms at the last minute You were dealing with two different companies with different terms We only presented you one offer whose terms never changed - If you do proceed with funding from us we do offer discounts for paying off early yourself -The majority of our clients have a very pleasant, honest and hassle free experience as is demonstrated by repeat renewal business as well as the hundreds of 5-star reviews that have been compiled on-line - Many factors go into our approvals, terms and funding as we review applicants with widely varying qualifications We lay out all terms up front and nobody is obligated to move forward if they don't agree with the terms Furthermore, if circumstances change after an offer is extended, we are not required to proceed with funding This is rare but can happen in certain instances such as poor cash flow and negative bank balances.Sincerely,Forward Financing Team

***, we apologize about the confusion on the fee I am glad that you contacted us and have received the $1,back in your account We originally were funding you on a program that included that $1,fee and that is why we sent it to you in the paperwork and had you sign for it
After some complications, we ended up funding you with our partner and the terms of the financing changed as well - saving you the $1,fee.Unfortunately, that change was not communicated properly to our accounting department who went and charged the $1,fee because they thought it was still part of the program.Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to work with us

We didn't cease communication with [redacted] as there must be a miscommunication.  We didn't receive messages from him.  The last thing we want to do is lose contact with our customers because it is important to make sure their needs are met and their financing is paid back as well.  It is...

not our policy to send out monthly statements  but are more than willing to provide a statement with updated balance and history at any point in time to our clients.  Our loans are not fraudulent.  We advanced the funds to [redacted] as agreed per the fully executed contract and only took the payments as specified per the payback terms.  We have neither deterred from the agreed upon terms nor deceived our client.We have cleared up the miscommunication with [redacted] and believe this issue has been resolved.

Revdex.com:For the record, communication has improved but only marginally to the point to maintain a business relationship. We have been asked to renew and will not be doing so as a result.
