This management company is highly predatory in nature and harass customers. We lived in one of the apartments managed by it in Sun Prairie, WI-53590 for about two years. We rented the apartment mainly for its location and seemingly nice facilities like two car garage and storage room at basement, despite of its very high rent (as compared to many other options we got that time). Later we regretted that decision.

The apartment has a severe gas (natural gas used for heating homes) smell when we entered there. After repeated complains the management company took more than 3 months to correct it. Even though small gas smell was a recurring feature.

The heating and AC unit was outside the apartment and in the patio, in open, unlike any other apartment I have ever lived. They do not change the HVAC filter as often as usually done or recommended. It is the most dusty apartment I have ever lived in, besides unusually high gas/electric bill.

The microwave oven, washer and dryer in the apartment are also among the worst I have ever used. Despite of repeated requests we could not get those replaced and install our own. That washer and dryer destroyed most of our clothes. Later we tried to avoid cleaning our clothes there.

When we finally decided to leave, we faced the more serious and troubling challenge. We had to give 3 months notice to vacate the apartment and the management very strict to adhere the 12 PM deadline of that day. We requested the management company to allow us to stay there for few more days (and offered pro-rated rent and, then, more than that), as our new home construction was delayed for a couple of weeks. It refused. Later we requested it to extent the deadline to vacate the apartment for few hours. It refused even that.

We somehow managed to clean and leaver that apart. We received our security deposit with a considerable deduction for issues that we do not agree.

I will NOT recommend any apartment or condo or any property managed by this company to anyone else.
