I was contacted yesterday January ** at 11:CST by Henry L*** with regard to this complaintWhen I asked him if I had at any point in my original conversation with his company's representative said that I wanted their services, he became very defensive and said that he wasn't saying that I had, but that I never said that didn't want their servicesHis point of view is that verbal contracts are legally binding, which I wouldn't bother disagreeing with if the terms of the services had been fully detailed or if I had actually said "Yes, I agree to your servicesPlease proceed to charge me for them." I have never received any follwhat-so-ever on the results of the services for which he claims to be billing me either, so I also have no proof of even receiving the benefit of his claims.He confirmed that I had indeed called to cancel after receipt of an invoice in November and that he would send written confirmation that the second and third invoices were cancelledI have yet to receive anything in writing
At the end of our conversation he also felt it necessary to quite wordily insult me by making presumptions about my personal beliefs which I found quite unprofessional.I continue to await written confirmation that no money is due Forward SEO and at this point considering that I did not formally agree to any services I would also like a full refund of the invoice Gissued on July 28, that was paid by accident by our staff

We have attempted to contact [redacted] with regards to the above.  [redacted], her receptionist advised us that [redacted] has requested to communicate via email.  We replied to [redacted] that this is not our standard procedure, and in order to address her concerns, we request her to call us.  We cannot address these issues unless she is available to talk to us. We have forwarded the documents requested in her second response and look forward to her call to us. Should we not hear from her within the next 10 days, we deem this matter to be resolved and closed.

We have spoken with [redacted] today. We have have cancelled the service and mutually agree this matter has been resolved and closed.
