Purchased a watch from Fossil outlet in Mirabel Qc. They had the watch shipped through *** from their Ottawa location to our home after we paid for it. 6 days has passed and the watch has still not arrived to our home. I am being told today by *** that the Ottawa store had put the wrong postal code and the watch is on transit to another city, hundreds of miles away!!!! The store knew that we needed the watch for our son 18th birthday and instead of giving us some kind of compensation they prefer blaming ***! Mind you, the home address was correct, *** should have picked up on the error as well, especially since I had been calling every day for the last 3 days to inquire about the package, each time providing them with my adress and postal code!!!'
We have reached out to the customer and attempted to resolve the complaint to satisfaction.
