The damage claim was turned in to our insurance company to be investigated and properly dealt with. I have since talked with the claimant and given him additional contact information for our insurance company.

The insurance company denied the claim and did not even acknowledge that they had 2 trucks on the street that morning due to recycling being picked up. I will be also filing legal suit against them and a claim against the insurance company with the state.
