gallons of oil she did not require a prime to restart her heating systemAs a WILL CALL customer, it is the customer's responsibility to routinely monitor their tank gauge, particularly when we have a major drop in temperatures, as well as a pending snow storm of which we recently experienced.For many years, Fossil Fuel Enterprises has provided an answering service for our customers where they can place an order for oil, as well as burner serviceOur answering service is available hours a day, days a week.We also offer AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES and we urge our customers to consider this option to be certain their deliveries are fulfilled in a timely manner, which is based on a degree day system, as well as history of customer usage

How very disappointingSo not only did the service representaive insinuate that I was lying about NOT receiving the oil delivery the night I ran out of oil, but now they think I never really ran out of oil?! When The Fossil Fuel representative called early the following morning I informed her that I had recieved an emergency delivery and that we had to relight the pilot at 2amThis was done by a local oil company owned by a friend of my brother’sI am now their lifelong customer. How incredibly insulting never mind terrible customer service I can assure you that as a single mother I am constantly keeping a close eye on my oil tank gaugeThe major wrong that Fossil Fuel refuses to acknowledge is that they debited my checking account but did not bring the oil as promised They should not have taken the sale if they could not handle the demandI should have been told that the delivery would have been delayedDays after Christmas a single mother with Fossil Fuel claiming they care about their customersI’ve learned my lesson- reliability costs a little more but is worth every penny
