The customer is receiving a refund for her watch. The check request will take 2-3 weeks. We will also repair her son's watch and allow him to keep. The customer is satisfied.

Review: For my 18th birthday in 2012, my father purchased me a Fossil 10 ATM watch. This watch one fails to keep the correct date and two for no reason he crystal broke. Fossil does not cover these issues under their warranty; even though, nothing was done on my end to cause these issues.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch to be replaced with the same type of watch and for them to change their warranty policy.
