I've use this company for many years we are the best in the business highly recommend always courteous on time and with great results go out of their way to make sure you're happy satisfied customer
DO NOT USE...Took days to fix a washing machinedays and it was made worse then when Tony the "tech" started working on it...the problem was the rinse cycle didn't spin, when Tony finished with it, it DID NOT TURN ON...after days he completely broke my washing machine...because this was covered under my home warranty I can not get my fee I paid for his initial visit back...the insurance company had to have *** come out to fix the machine that Tony totally broke...the company wouldn't even return our phone calls...this company was the WORST my wife and I have ever dealt withALWAYS LATE after he set the time frame he would show up Kept telling us he knew what was wrong but continued to make it worseStated he changed starter, motor, clutch (didn't even know it had of those), and sealed tub (tub was never leaking)
Kept saying it had to dry 24hrs because of sealant he used each day after leavingLeft parts and pieces all over the basementThe insurance company apologized for sending him out...DO NOT USE
