Worst communication EVER! I am a landlord out of town & choose Foster Electric because of the A+ on Revdex.com Wow, A+??? For what? After Foster Electric missed their 1st service call completely, I decided to have them come out anyway They arrived LATE!!! My tenants said the work "looked" good, but I never received a phone call to approve any work at all!! Who signed the service order to authorize payment??
So after all of this headache, I call to discuss the invoice of $and get the service person or dispatcher, who then told me if "if I didn't want to take care of my tenants safety", he was going to authorize anything to his tech I then asked for his manager and got Devon Devon was nice but a typical yes sir, no sir type No explanation of missed calls, no explanation why communication was dropped completely Nothing at all actually for almost weeks!! I had to call him back and he didn't even remember my call
If you use this company, get names, times, record your calls and get a notary for any and all paperwork Or, just use a company that cares about not only the house they are fixing, but also about the people paying them the money that keeps the business going
