Mr.*** [redacted] home was inspected by Missouri city and a structural engineerSigned off as complete by mr [redacted] and a close out letter by the structural engineerThis is a complete and finished job that has not been paid for in full
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The City of Missouri City held a public hearing on 9/10/14 regarding the practices of [redacted] and Level Pro Home Services / Remodeling. The result of the public hearing was the following:
1) The City found that [redacted] and related entities "engaged in repeated and continuing violations of the [redacted]
2) 25 violations of code requirements related solely to foundation repairs.
As a result of the hearing, [redacted] the Building Contractor Registration of [redacted] and all related entities.
The above is a matter of Public Record, and is not related to any contractual dispute we may have with Mr. [redacted]. The above findings involved several properties other than ours.
We request that Mr. [redacted] respond directly to the above items.
