I am rejecting this response because:
M & K Renovations were in fact sent these photos prior to the complaint being filed and they did not respondThis story about M & K Renovations being told that this issue has been on-going for many years is a complete lieThis issue started occurring within the past yearM & K Renovations were the first company that were asked to look at this issueM & K Renovations was called to fix the leak but only made things worse as seen in the second photo that was attached to this complaintSubsequent work had to be done by another partyThis damage in the second photo of the first floor ceiling occurred during the first rain storm after M & K's supposed "fix"Of course M & K were not present during the secondary inspection, since when is it customary for the company to be present while a second company inspects their work? M & K Renovations did not fix the issue as they were paid to doJudging by their refusal to respond to my initial emails and the current correspondence M & K are unwilling to make things rightI am requesting that the Revdex.com step in to help resolve this issue.

M & K Renovations was given 2 emails requesting a refund of money with no proof of a written narrative or pictures of the problem with repairs that were supposedly done incorrectly. The roof was leaking in various areas on the rear slope for many years. The same areas were repaired by other...

companies prior to M & K Renovations trying to repair those same general areas. M & K Renovations told the customer that there were no GAURANTEES that the leaks would be solved. M & K Renovations went back to the home and told the customer that M & K would be willing to come back and make any necessary attempts to remedy the situation. The customer never responded other than 2 emails requesting a refund. M & K Renovations did the work as agreed upon with the customer in a proper and workmanlike manner and does feel a refund is not warranted and that it is unjust. We would ask that the Revdex.com to strike the complaint from our record because we have a clean and pristine history.Respectfully,M & K Renovations, LLC

To Whom It May Concern,M & K Renovations was never sent any pictures of the damage nor are wiling to accept pictures after the fact when we were not present to witness any inspection. The damage was on-going for many years as told to M & K by the customer. The damage as shown by the attached pictures are from many years of decay. M & K did seal the area in question that was shown to M & K by the customer. M & K is not even sure if the pictures shown are related to the damage that was the current issue because M & K was never present for any additional inspection carried out by another contractor. M & K does not doubt that there was a leak but it was very possible and highly likely that it was totally unrelated to the work done by M & K.
