Foster Premier would like to respond to Ms. [redacted] who owned a home at [redacted] Community Association....

Foster Premier, Inc. is the [redacted] for the Board of Directors of [redacted] Community Association. The Board of Directors makes all decisions and the Agent carries out the directives of the Board.
Obviously, the handling of the situation [redacted] has described is totally unacceptable. Please be aware that when a transfer/sale of a home in an Association is anticipated, it is necessary for the seller attorney to obtain a "Paid Assessment Letter" from the Association's managing agent. Unfortunately in this case this was not done. Since a Paid Assessment was not issued, the Board of Directors and the managing Agent did not know that the property in question had been sold. As a result, statements for the yearly assessment were sent to [redacted]
Correction to the ownership of the home in question has been made. [redacted] should not receive any other billing from the [redacted] Community Association.
While the correct closing procedures were not followed, it is true that Ms. [redacted] efforts to rectify the situation could have been handed rather easily when she called to complain. Obviously, this was not done. Foster Premier regrets this and apologies for this failure to provide the highest standard of customer service. Corrective actions and retraining of the personnel involved have been mandated.
Foster Premier appreciates the opportunity to address issues and take curative actions. Thank you for the opportunity to acknowledge mistakes made and to take corrective action both to fix the issue at hand and to re-educate staff to avoid another issue.

[redacted] in Aurora, Illinois. Foster Premier, Inc. is the Agent for the Board ** Directors [redacted] The Board ** Directors makes all decisions and the Agent carries out the directives ** the Board.
Unfortunately the complaints and accusations Ms. [redacted] has made about her neighbors are matters for the police. Neither the Board ** Directors nor the Property Manager has any access to or power to secure Ms. [redacted]'s driving records or any other personal records. Further the Association and the Management Company have nothing to do with Medicare Fraud or Waste or Abusive Acts. Ms. [redacted] must contact the police and file a report ** identity thief; report any violations ** Medicare, etc. and report the other accusations ** thief and damage ** property.
Please know that the [redacted] Association in Aurora is made up ** individually owned condominium units. The Association does not have the right to do background checks on potential homeowners. If a homeowner decides to rent his/her unit, it is up to the homeowner to arrange for the appropriate background checks prior to renting the unit and provide the Property Manager with a copy ** the signed lease.
Unfortunately, the Board ** Directors ** the [redacted] Association nor their Agent, [redacted] Premier, Inc. has anything to do with any ** issues raised by Ms. [redacted]. All ** the issues should be referred to the police.
In closing, please be reminded that in all matters related to the [redacted] Association in Aurora, the Board ** Directors makes decisions. Then the Agent for the Board, Management Company carries out the Board's directives. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted].
