Never ever go with this firmThey have made my life “Hell” I am literally thinking to suicide after they have given wrong advice to me and my H1B status is overI have to left USA within days after living there in years + and with this firms with almost same yearsI have been with Foster indirectly from Nov that was my first company and after they let go on Feb 2010, client I was supporting they hired me (Lets call Company A) I was with Company ‘A’ till Feb In Jan 31, Company A has started working my Green Card process with Foster as I was with them and they know whole case and I feel it is good to be with one attorney firmAmanda B [redacted] was introduce and receive email on Jan about 1-petition filing On Feb 3, I got I-approvedTodd L [redacted] was in CC -Todd F [redacted] ( [redacted] ) I was with company A till Feb 2014, and I got another opportunity and I moved to new company, let’s call company ‘B’Again I hire Foster as my immigration attorney because they know all my caseFoster has all my detailsWithin few months company ‘A’ has been withdrawn my Green Card processI have not receive any information from Immigration Firm Foster about my GC process withdrawnI don’t know legally they have to inform me or notBut As I was moving from one company to another I was expecting they would have at least inform meOn Company B new attorney was introduce Stephanie GP [redacted] ( [redacted] ) and Patricia RC [redacted] ( [redacted] ) H1B got transfer successfullyCompany B has started my Green Card on Jun somewhere don’t have exact date but I remember company B has completed advertisement process in news paperOn 2/24/I email Stephanie and Patricia and asked can I move to new company and she has introduce Dorothee M [redacted] as I wanted advice from them that can I move from company B to new company CShe asked $as fees but I got discount as I requested them because I am with Foster Quann from last 8-yearsI have email conversation from Stephanie that it is possible to move base on I-is approved by company B I was also not reading at all on forum or took any other Immigration attorney adviceI totally believe these peopleI don’t know when I-is withdrawn it is not be valid for H1B transferLet me continue here- Base on their advice I have started moving to company CEven I called Dorothee and she has updated same that I can move to new company CDorothee took all operation and my H1B transfer startedVictoria G [redacted] her email id [redacted] was assisting or shadowing my case Company C has started regular process on somewhere in March for my H1B transferI was thinking everything will go smoothBase on H1B Receipts I started working for company COn June we have to First RFE to submitted SOW and other client related documentsFoster has replied to to RFEOn 07/16/I asked Dorothee can my wife get EAD as I have approved I-from company A(Still I was thinking my rovked I-is valid) Dorothee said yes and I have paid some $to her + govt feesI don’t know still no one has known that I am not eligible for H1B transfer or my wife for EAD as my I-was withdrawn by my company A and B has discountedEven I was believing all these finest attorney in US and just going as they suggestOn December I suggested my company to go for Premium process on my H1B to get quick result and on March 8th my H1B transfer deniedAll finished my life my career, my kids educations everythingI don’t know who responsible Forst Quann need to reply isWhy no one guided me properlyIt was totally misrepresentation of my case Todd, Stephanie, Patricia and who ever involve from day one has not done any knowledge transfer to DorotheeEven Dorothee has not took any initiate to study my case before give me any adviceFoster Quann has made my life hellI am in India Suffering mentally, financialyI have to withdrawn my son school on March before school completed to exist out from USEven after denied no one guide me to exit before March 31st so I will complete yr out ide of US and again eligible for Next April H1B filing So many time I was thinking to suicide and if this happen Foster Quann will be responsible for my actThey are responsible for my financial loss and most important my career lossIf they would have guide me not to move from company B I would have been company B until it is safe to moveI need answer! I have been with Foster indirectly from Nov 2007 that was my first company and after they let go on Feb 2010, client I was supporting they hired me (Lets call Company A). I was with Company ‘A’ till Feb 2014. In Jan 31, 2012 Company A has started working my Green Card process with Foster as I was with them and they know whole case and I feel it is good to be with one attorney firm. Amanda B[redacted] was introduce and receive email on Jan 31 about 1-140 petition filing. On Feb 3, 2012 I got I-140 approved. Todd L[redacted] was in CC -Todd F[redacted] ([redacted])
I was with company A till Feb 2014, and I got another opportunity and I moved to new company, let’s call company ‘B’. Again I hire Foster as my immigration attorney because they know all my case. Foster has all my details.
Within few months company ‘A’ has been withdrawn my Green Card process. I have not receive any information from Immigration Firm Foster about my GC process withdrawn. I don’t know legally they have to inform me or not. But As I was moving from one company to another I was expecting they would have at least inform me.
On Company B new attorney was introduce Stephanie G. P[redacted] ([redacted]) and Patricia R. C[redacted] ([redacted]) . H1B got transfer successfully. Company B has started my Green Card on Jun 2014 somewhere don’t have exact date but I remember company B has completed advertisement process in news paper.
On 2/24/2015 I email Stephanie and Patricia and asked can I move to new company and she has introduce Dorothee M[redacted] as I wanted advice from them that can I move from company B to new company C. She asked $250 as fees but I got discount as I requested them because I am with Foster Quann from last 8-9 years.
I have email conversation from Stephanie that it is possible to move base on I-140 is approved by company B. I was also not reading at all on forum or took any other Immigration attorney advice. I totally believe these people. I don’t know when I-140 is withdrawn it is not be valid for H1B transfer.
Let me continue here- Base on their advice I have started moving to company C.
Even I called Dorothee and she has updated same that I can move to new company C.
Dorothee took all operation and my H1B transfer started. Victoria G[redacted] her email id [redacted] was assisting or shadowing my case. Company C has started regular process on somewhere in March 2015 for my H1B transfer. I was thinking everything will go smooth. Base on H1B Receipts I started working for company C.
On June 2015 we have to First RFE to submitted SOW and other client related documents. Foster has replied to to RFE.
On 07/16/2015 I asked Dorothee can my wife get EAD as I have approved I-140 from company A. (Still I was thinking my rovked I-140 is valid) . Dorothee said yes and I have paid some $750 to her + govt fees.
I don’t know still no one has known that I am not eligible for H1B transfer or my wife for EAD as my I-140 was withdrawn by my company A and B has discounted. Even I was believing all these finest attorney in US and just going as they suggest. I don’t know who responsible Forst Quann need to reply is. Why no one guided me properly. It was totally misrepresentation of my case. Todd, Stephanie, Patricia and who ever involve from day one has not done any knowledge transfer to Dorothee.
Even Dorothee has not took any initiate to study my case before give me any advice.
Foster Quann has made my life hell. I am in India. Suffering mentally, financialy. I have to withdrawn my son school on March before school completed to exist out from US.
Even after denied no one guide me to exit before March 31st so I will complete 1 yr out ide of US and again eligible for Next April H1B filing
So many time I was thinking to suicide and if this happen Foster Quann will be responsible for my act.
They are responsible for my financial loss and most important my career loss. If they would have guide me not to move from company B I would have been company B until it is safe to move.
I need answer! I Foster Quann has made my and my family life HELL. Dorothee has written books on I-140 I don’t know how she knows anything or not. Foster Quann is responsible for my messed in my life.
