May 12, 2016Dear *** ***:Please be advised that I am the Foster Township SolicitorI am writing this letter in response to your letter dated May, in reference to the above mentioned complaint.First, the officials of Foster Township are professional, courteous and treat all complaints in
the same mannerThe policy of Foster Township is to exonerate customers from paying sewer service costs when the water to the property is shut off and the water meter removedThe reason for this policy is that Township lacks the resources necessary to continually monitor the situationIf the complainant truly does not occupy the property, then she should have the water turned off and the meter removed so that she does not incur a sewer bill, Her excuse for not doing so is weatherizationHowever, a home may be weatherized by draining the water from the pipes before shutting off the water and removing the water meterThere are also services in the local area that can assist home owners with this process so as to ensure damage to the home does not occur while it is not occupied.Second, the Township finds the allegations in the complaint to not only be false, but defamatoryThe Township is not blackmailing or stealing from anyoneThe Township attempts to treat everyone the same by having a policy that provides equal treatment to all customers and equal protection to all ratepayersIf the complainant wishes to be exonerated from sewer services for her property, she needs to comply with the policy.Finally, should you have any questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact meThe Township is willing to cooperate with the Revdex.comPlease do not hesitateto contact our office.Very Truly Yours,Donald K

he gave no resolution to my problem again. I did not receive the letter on the increase just received it on my bill. and you did NOT send the policy on sewer bills for houses not wanting to winterize every 6 months. Can't we come to an agreement you not even trying to it is only for the 6 months previously.
