The doctor that she had worked with gave her different prescription to remedy the problem We also offered her to come in and get a second opinion from a different doctor however she refused We wanted to give her the opportunity to correct the issues she was having but she did not
wanted to come back in stating that all of the three doctors are the same and that we all have ‘integrity’ issues Furthermore, when we asked her if she could give us another chance to resolve and solve her problems with the eye correction with a different doctor from our office, she stated ‘you only get one chance in life’We truly wanted to correct the problem and since there was an obvious miscommunication between my employee doctor and I as an owner wanted to take care of her however, she did not wanted to give us a chance We did refund $which was her portion of the cost of the exam and we will contact her insurance carrier and see if we could refund that portion of the exam back to them However, that is something her insurance will decide Thank you Marielle K***, OD
