STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM!! I thought he was calling last week?? Another storyI have given so many opportunity for communication to make this right and resolve it with them I was referred because several people tolded me about their customer service and I can't even get a phone call???

This is in reference to the letter I received on 12/27/16 I response to Mr ***'s complaint responseWe have had a few conversations with ***My General Manager Mike S*** has spoken with him about our offer to take the project price from $18,down to $12,This would put this project below our at our actual cost incurred on completing the project including labor and materials.He was not accepting to us doing this at that time.This is the best we can offer himI will be speaking with *** personally this week to offer this price to him one more time Mr ***'s statement that we have not reached out to him to resolve the issue is incorrectThe last time Mike spoke with Mr *** he informed us he would be speaking with his attorneyI will be calling *** this afternoon and see where he stands on this offer for us to do the job for cost incurred with usWe fully know that the price is a great offer as we should be hitting a business gross profit margin of 30% to 35% to be a profitable companyOur number of $18,put us in the middle of our target numbers Thanks again for your assistance in this matterThis is in reference to the letter I received on 12/27/ Regards, Craig S*** COO ARAC Roof It Forward

I have left several messages to speak with the "owner" of the business and to this day have been ignoredThe only response that I did receive was several different "stories" from several different people in the organization After several attempts to contact with no response I did ask if I should just have my attorney call hoping that would open dialogue but that was met with several other stories I did speak with one gentleman that told me he was going into a meeting and would have the "owner" call me but nothing I waited a week and called the person back and again was told that he would call me and again no response!! I truly feel that they quoted to do a job and that if they did it correctly or not they made me an offer to do the work and then signed an agreement with me and failed to uphold there end of the contract!! I was and am willing to speak with them to try and resolve this situation but nobody ever reaches out to me the CLIENT!! I have received several different stories

I am responding to the complaint listed below my message from *** ***Roof It Forward had given Mr *** a quote for Hardi Board siding on his homeAfter the contract came across my desk I noticed that the square footage amount and the correct outside corners were never accounted for on the
estimateWe notified Mr *** and produced a new estimate on the project and presented to Mr ***He at that time threatened us with attorney action for breech of contractWe at no time took down payment funds from Mr *** and apologized for the confusionWe then went on to offer him a $2,000,discount for the error in estimation on the projectMr *** did not accept the discounted offerWe have not heard from Mr *** since the discounted offer was madePlease let me know what you can do to keep this off our unblemished record with the Revdex.comThank you very much for your assistance in this matter. Left a voice message with Mr *** today at 11:asking to get togetherI also placed and email back on 12/26/referencing the same and offering to do the job at my cost only to satisfy his complaint
