We are happy to refund the 135.00 for labor as a goodwill gesture. The diagnostic fee was explained in the very beginning as what was due for travel to the home and diagnosis of the machine. We, like you, would have preferred to have this repaired for you all in one trip, and for a reasonable price... but some appliances just aren't worth repairing at a certain dollar point. Keep in mind that you received free parts, from the manufacturer because we are an authorized servicer. The leak was obviously coming from multiple places and the second was not realized until the first was repaired.

Mr *** is correctHe booked an online appointment we weren't able to fulfill do to a tech being unexpectedly gone for personal reasonsAs this recorded phone call will reveal, we tried multiple times to apologize and explain this to himSeveral customers were called that day to be
rescheduled and its never fun but we are all human and "life" happens but apparently that explanation wasn't satisfactory enoughWe offered his tenant to reschedule and Mr *** as well, but at the end of the phone call when he began cursing my CSR terminated the callThose are MY instructions as I don't allow my employess to be verbally abusedIm not going to waste any more of my time responding to this complaint, ill let the phone call itself reveal what a lying jerk Mr *** isMy CSR went above and beyond to try and accommodate him and it was actually Mr *** who was abusive and extremely rudeWe wish Mr*** the best with his future appliance repair service providerThe corp office number is ***, but no one will be calling himMy office number is *** if Mr *** would like to call me personally to further discuss

hours agoDetailsMs/Mrs Zaidman This email is to advise you that your [redacted] has been ordered. I have also spoken with [redacted] to see if they will cover it. We shouldn't have had to break it to service the unit. Walter is a very good technician and comes with extensive training. We have a good relationship with [redacted] have been factory authorized service here in town for 15 years. The best example I can give you, as if you go to Discount Tire and they cannot remove your wheel lug nuts they have to break them off. You also have to pay for those Replacements (it's your car). The big difference here is obviously the cost and we should have let you know that in order to get this removed we're going to have to break the glass. Walter went on the advice of two different [redacted] technical support representative, he did not do this on his own accord. I will also let you know that being in business for over 17 years we do take care of our customers. I don't respond well to threats , being talked over and tossing out the "lawyer" and "court" garbage in the first 15 seconds of a conversation.  If I had a dollar for everytime someone said lawyer I wouldn't be in the appliance repair business. If you'd like to have a reasonable conversation feel free to call me back. If not no worries, your cooktop is on the way and we will take care of you hopefully with Miele's help. I also just got alerted in the middle of this email that you have gone and trashed my company on Yelp.
