Review: I brought a necklace for my wife and she return the item for store credit we had our daughters ring sized and cleaned. the total credit was over $700.00 dollars after the sizing and cleaning of her ring that left a total of $407 credit. So we asked Fosters Jewelers to order a class ring for our grandson on June the 4th of 2013. Fosters said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the ring, well the date is 10-10-2013 and we still do not have a ring. I have called Fosters and they would say that the factory was be behind on their work. So we ordered a bracelet for my wife, Fosters said it would take a week to come in, that has been 4 weeks ago and still no bracelet, so now Fosters will not answer the phone when I call. I would like to get my money back and go some other Jeweler store to buy our grandson's ring before he gets out of school. I have left messages on their anwering machine. I called [redacted] where the ring was coming from, they did not know anything about it.Desired Settlement: Just get my money back
