My home warrenty company sent me to Fosters pool service to repair my pool heater. The technician showed up, looked at the outside of the heater and told me the heat exchanger was leaking and left. He then called the Home warrenty company and told them the heater was leaking due to lack of maintenance. The home warrenty company then refused the claim. I called Fosters to complain and they told me there was nothing they could do, but for $1900 they would repair the heater. That is $400 more than the cost of a new heater. I told them their quote was rediiculous and they referred me another company. I called that company and the number was disconnected. I have since found a reputable service company and worked with the heater manufacturer to have the heater repaired under the manufacture"s warrenty. This company will take adavantage of the unknowledgeable consumer and the public needs to know about it and beware.

Every time I called them (during business hours) no one answered. I was told a technician would call me to discuss the issue once they evaluated my pool since I was unable to be home when they came for the service call, they did not. I had to leave 2 messages before they called me back. After they "fixed" my pool twice it worked for one day and then the same issue returned. After the second service call and the problem still not fixed, I left another message expressing my dissatisfaction, they never called me back to attempt to resolve the issue or make it right from a customer service standpoint. The only reason I used them was because my home warranty company assigned them to us. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone, due to their lack of accountability, follow through, ability to fix the problem and the lack of communication.
