After speaking with several roofing companies I hired [redacted] of [redacted]'s Roofing to install my new roof. He didn't try to sell me a roof-he just explained what was needed and how he would do it. The old roof was removed, wood was replaced and a new roof was put on in the time frame he said it would take. The surrounding area was immaculate when his crew left. I had mentioned I would like new gutters with the roof and although he didn't personally do the gutter work he set everything up at a very reasonable price. My roof looks absolutely fantastic with the new gutters. I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone thinking of a new roof or just needing work on an old roof.
I contracted Fosters Roofing to repair three leaks in my roof.
1. Replace shingles around fireplace chimney.
They did a good job on the chimney no issues there.
2. Replace a 4x4' area on South East side of home where there was a string of leaks dew to fatly workmanship from factory.
Instead of replacing shingles they used a cocking gun on a few places and called it good.
3. Replace a 2x4' section of water damaged plywood around plumbing vent.
They replaced the shingles and that was it.
The three were on the quote if they weren't going to do what was on the quote why did I have to pay price on the quote?
