Ms*** has submitted photos for retouching through our website since July 2009, not at a high volume, so she may not have known exactly how our artist work given she'd never submitted a complaint in the pastOn the phone,
I apologized for the obvious confusion between her and the artist working on her orders (clients send instructions in an open text field, confusion isn't often, but it does happen from time to time)I also apologized we could not show each version completed as our artist work from each file improving on it as they are asked to perform any additional edits and issued her a full refund of her purchased price considering we could not accommodate her specific request
Despite submitting this compliant to you and receiving a full refund for her two photos - on 5/25/she made an additional purchase of $and submitted those same two photos again which she instructed our artist to edit specific things - approving and claiming those photo on 5/30/Considering she received a refund and then the product she was looking for - I'd assume this was more than settled
Being in business over years offering photo editing services, this is our first Revdex.com complaintI'm a small business and perform most of the customer service myself to assure the happiness of our clientsIn the end, this was a miscommunication and misunderstanding that was immediately met with a full refund as I always to when a client is not satisfied for any reasonI'm happy to provide any additional information you may need in this matter and please feel free to contact me should you need anything

I am rejecting this response because:
The work Fotofix did that caused me to file a Revdex.com complaint could only have been deliberate sabotage, because nobody could reverse the left eye in my photo and turn the inside corner outside and the outside corner inside by mistake without knowing it.  I did request that they refurbish the same two photos after I got a refund because I thought they still had the photos I got a refund for and I wanted a copy of the photo before they defaced it.  
I kept a copy of the photos they restored the second time, after my refund.  I can show that they defaced the lips with blotches and discoloration this time on the same photo they had defaced the eye on before.  I had to ask Fotofix to remove the blotch they put on the lips.  They had removed too much color from the right corner of the bottom lip on one photo, making that lip lopsided.  So, I stopped work on the photos without asking them to correct the right side of the bottom lip.
I had to let another photo lab correct the lopsided right side of the lower lip because it was too large and didn't match the left side of the lower lip.  While Fotofix was working on both photos,  I asked them repeatedly to remove excessive eye makeup they put on both photos because I’d requested no eye makeup.  When they finally removed the excessive makeup, they left a dark circle under the left eye on one photo that another photo lab had to remove.
I think this complaint should stay posted on the Revdex.com website to warn others.
