I am rejecting this response because: In the email attachment that was included with Fotosports response was the claim that my debit card initially declined on 9/17/Fotosport ran my debit card and it was approved on 8/28/17, so their claim is incorrect. Furthermore, ***'s football pictures where taken before school started so pictures would have been taken around the 11th of August and everyone else received their pictures back before 9/17/17, so why would they initially charge for pictures after they were supposedly delivered, this is bogus. The day pictures were delivered my son came home the very same day and said picutures were handed out but he didn't receive hisI have checked with my son and the school and his pictures weren't deliveredFurthermore, the picture included in the email attachment is not my son, my son is African American and almost six feet tall, the kid in the picture is short and CaucasianI think it is safe to say that Fotosport did not process my son's picture nor did they print and deliver them with the othersI checked my email, trash and spam and did not find an email from *** *** or FotosportThis matter will not be resolved until my $is returned

Hello,FOTOSPORT advised the client that we ordered, processed and delivered the images directly to the coaches.  Many times the coaches will hand out the packages and a student will leave them in a backpack or locker.  We advise the client to visit with their son or daughter first and to...

have them visit with the coaches in case the student was not present during picture distribution.  If all else fails the images cannot be found, we offer the client digitals which are at a much higher value and can be printed as  many times as they would like.  We offered this resoltuion via a phone call over two months ago.  We also responded to the client directly after receiving the notice from the Revdex.com.  We never received a reply from the client.Hope this helps.Thank you,[redacted]
