Review: PMA Family Medical Treatment and Wellness Center of Louisiana is a doctor office in Kenner, Louisiana. I have been going to this office since October 2012. On August 29, 2014 on Friday, I called to ask about a bill received on June 17, 2014 at 0900am. The medical assistant told me that she would have someone to call me. As of 1230 pm, no one called me about the bill, so I called the office again, and spoke to. She told me she could not help me because the bill is on the old system and that she can't answer any questions about the bill. The bill ID is PMA 9576 is for $4.92. She said the bill on the old system is $29.00. I do not have the bill for $29.00. PMA Family Medicine has not sent a bill for $29.00. I only have bills for $4.92. I explained that I am not paying for a bill that I do not have proof of in writing. She said that she is sending the bill to collections. I tried calling back around 1:30 pm, and they said that the person who handles billing named [redacted] has been gone this whole week. I would like a settlement.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to mediate between myself and PMA family Practice. They are sending my bill to collections. I need for Revdex.com to find out what I actually owe. The doctor office is refusing to deal with the issue. I would like a settlement.
