accountThe fee for a dormant account is $annuallyThis fee will be waived if you are years of age or younger or if you have an active checking account, a loan, ACH activity, or the aggregate balance in your account is greater than $Our fee schedules are given to all members at the time of opening their accountAdditionally, a new fee schedule is mailed to all members if there is a changed to the fee schedule days before the changes take placeFee Schedules are also posted on Foundation CU's website and in the credit union

This "response" simply states/addresses their general policy and in no way address the specific situation described my my complaint
The ONLY reason that the account was "dormant" is because their teller provided non-valid info which directly caused my deposit to be returned to me and not depositedIn addition, it failed to address the overall disdain in which the onsite "Leader" has for our members
