The terms and conditions of the contract were upheld by Foundation Fitness and the extra charge was refunded immediately upon request, so the contract is still in full effect.
If you would like to cancel, you can do so by paying the difference of the discount you have received for signing a contract. You have received 7 massages at $75, normally $110. That is a $35 discount over 7 sessions, so it would be $245.00 ($35 x 7) to cancel. # that isn't agreeable you can finish your contract. You have 5 remaining payments of $75 which is $375 total, and you can book the 5 remaining massages.
