Foundation Repair Solutions called 3x to homeowner once service call was sent over to warranty department there was no answer on August 11th We sent a technician out that evening to go and see if we could get inside the home to see if there was anything we could do On August 19th
two more calls were made and no answer I advised the tech to go ahead and visit home to see if we could get someone to answer the doorI then got a call back from homeowner a few hours later and had a meeting set up for pm that afternoonThe technician went out and explained everything to homeowner Their concern was the floor was still low and needed to come up some moreWe advised them that the home is leveled and if we raised anymore of the floor that it would cause more damage on the interior of the home*** *** called me later on and let me know that he was satisfied with the response of the technician and everything is okay
