Jonathan, owner of Foundation Worx, is one of the most standup and honest foundation contractors you will ever meet We received several quotes from highly recommended and reputable companies but it always felt like they were trying to scare us into getting the work doneWhen Jonathan came out, he was honest and told us what we needed to do to get the water away from our home and treat our current foundation problemsHe came out several times over the course of years as a courtesy to monitor our crack over time He never once made us feel like it was something that had to be done right away as it wasn't extreme and he didn't want us spending the money if it wasn't necessary While most contractors would have looked at this as an opportunity to make money, Jonathan wanted to do the right thing by giving us options and putting us at ease If you're looking for a standup company with strong values and who holds the customer at the highest level, I recommend no one other than Foundation Worx

Recently we had some foundation issues so called several companies to come to our home and access the problem After talking with Jonathan M*** the owner of Foundation Worx, LLC there was no doubt that we had found the company we needed for the job His crew was very professional and they finished the project exactly when they said they would in spite of bad weather Afterwards Jonathan's staff made sure that all our questions were answered about the work that was done in a timely manner In conclusion we were very pleased especially knowing that we have a lifetime warranty!

I hired a different contractor to put a vapor barrier in my crawl space and they did such a terrible job, I was skeptical when hiring Foundation Worx, but boy did they prove me wrongThey were extremely helpful in telling me what was needed and even finished the job without me knowingWhen I went to inspect it, the work was impeccable and put the first contractors work to shameEverything was secured to the post and sides of the foundation (something the first company didn't even bother with)Even the quality of the plastic was far superiorI was able to pay online with my card with no extra feesWould definitely use them again and again!

I called on like a Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend and by the next Thursday my repairs were completed!
Working with Jonathan, and every member of his crew was painless
We needed additional supports to help correct a dramatically sagging addition
supports have been placed and now our wood floors and baseboards are no longer cracking from the strain! The terrible squeaks and creaks are gone!!!
We immediately felt completely at ease with workers who were coming in/out of the house, and were respectful of our privacy (they even cared for and petted our family dog while we were at work)!

After meeting with several companies about a cracked foundation on our home we hired Foundation Worx and we were glad we did! *** was professional and easy to deal with He was knowledgeable about our problem & how to solve it - that's not something I can say about some of the other companies we met with *** took plenty of time to make sure that we understood the problem, understood the options for addressing the problem and worked with us to make sure we had a robust solution at a reasonable price

I called Foundation Worx to look at a masonry retaining wall that was failing. Jonathan was always on time for meetings and was always prepared. The crew was onsite the scheduled date and the work was completed as proposed. They took every effort to complete the project with the least about of disturbance to my property. I am a real estate investor and I have called Jonathan about another project that has a failing foundation.

Our old house needed some serious logistics to get rid of the wobbly floors. Chad and his team did a fabulous job fixing the foundation issues causing the wood floors to sink. I'm super happy with the results. His work is invisible, but the wonderful results are noticeable!
