Foundations replied that the packages were tracked (UPS Tracking Numbers: First package - [redacted] Second package - [redacted]) and delivered on 6/8/17 to consumer's front door.

Our customer service team received the complaintant's call late Friday afternoon, April 24, 2015 (the same day he filed the report with Revdex.com.) As our warehouse was already closed for the day we informed him we would ship the replacement...
hardware out on Monday and we would send it via overnight service. We do not know why the initial replacement part order was incorrect but we did agree to provide him the correct parts as soon as he informed us. Unfortunately it was too late on Friday to ship them that day. We believe the complaintant has now received the replacement parts (tracking showed they were delivered Tuesday 4/28, 12:50pm) and we believe this issue has now been resolved.
