Fountain Court Apartments

BH Management took over in June 2019. I have had billing issues (online payment system not working) and no A/C for 4 days in August in Florida.
BH Management took over our Fountain Court apts in June 2019. Immediately there were problems with online billing and payment system. Last week July 29 I put my credit card info which saved to the system but was unable to pay at that time. I tried to pay again on August 1. I thought it went through but did not get a receipt so I left a message on the contact page of company website. Did not hear from property mgt. Monday Aug 5 came home from work to find paper taped to door saying that I had 3 days 8-8 to pay $984.89 or take possession of premises. The rent for the month was $849.39. I immediately wrote the property manager a note of apology and explanation. That night I noticed the air conditioning was not cooling so I replaced the batteries in the thermostat cover and thought it might help. I went the next morning and got money order for the $849.39 and dropped it off. I asked for removal of late fees due to the online payment option not working and even volunteered to do maintenance in lieu of the fees since the sidewalks are poorly maintained. Since Monday (now Thursday 8-8) I have not heard from the management office regarding the billing issues or the air conditioning not working. No correspondence at all. My apt has been 88degrees or more since Monday. It is August in Florida. I cannot stay there as I have asthma, I cannot cook meals or anything. I am forced out of my apt because of the heat. I have left 3 maintenance requests. I saw one of the maintenance guys today and told him about it. He had not been told anything about it from management. It's been horrible. I am concerned music equipment and other items in the house are going to be damaged by heat or by rain.
