Just had seasonal inspby Bill S [redacted] and appreciate his input and recommendationsHe is very thorough and full of information

On 2/25/Fountain Hills A/C and Heating replaced my hot water heater, they did a fantastic job Here is the problem, I wasn't there to baby sit them My daughter was in the house but did not watch the process Sometime in August I noticed salt building up around the bottom of my *** water softener Model **SSN** installed August It sits directly in front of the water heater I didn't think much of of it, just cleaned it up and forgot about it Now its December and I had another pile of salt building up in front of the water softer again So I did some research online and came to the conclusion that the bottom of the salt bucket had to have been puncturedMaybe by a dolly when they moved it I have not move this softener since it was installed in so I am assuming that Fountain Hills moved the softener to get the old water heater out and the new one in I called them and told them what was going on and that they needed to work with me on thisThey sent a guy out who saw the salt, chipped it away from the tank and slipped his fingers about and inch under the front of the tank and said he couldn't feel any water and accused me of spilling salt infront of the softener Then he said they didnt have qualified plumbers to disconnect a water softener (yet they can connect a water heater?) Then he tried to tell me that they hoisted a 59" tall and 20" wide water heater over the top of the water softener and dropped it in between the cabinet and dryer and the wall My ceilings are only 96" tallThe space between the dryer and softer in 15" Something had to be moved Told me to fill it up with salt and see if it happened again then call to see if kenmore would replace the plastic tank (which has a yr warranty under conditions)Why should I have to pay sears to come out to tell me that the warranty wont cover damage done by someone improperly moving the salt tank I asked the guy to disconnect it while im there and we can both examine the bottom of the tank and he refusedI have reciepts for the water heater install and my paperwork on the softener BTW this is my 2nd *** softener, the other lasted over years and the tank never leaked salt

This is a very dishonest company We purchased a used home in spring of We called them to inspect the air conditioning and heating system Bill for services over $ The following spring, we had them out under the service plan we had purchased We were told major things needed done, to the tune of over $ My husband said, "let's roll the dice" and wait until we return in the fallOur equipment
did just fine over the summer In the spring of 2015, they returned under the service plan, and told us we needed repairs totaling over $ By this time, we were getting suspicious of their motives, and started asking neighbors about them All comments were negative I obtained the name of a reliable individual, whom I called for a second opinion He looked things over and said we did not need $worth of repairs The final straw happened this fall, under the last of the service plan
calls I was told I had mold in one unit, and should not run the unit, because I could
possibly infiltrate the entire heating and air system throughout the house, and it would be very expensive to repair He gave me three options to fix mold, ranging from $to $ I immediately called my reliable individual HE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF MOLD in my unit This type of dishonesty raises the hair on the back of my neck Please do not do business with this company

My wife and I have used Fountain Hills Air for quite some time now. We did purchase their Club membership that does include getting two inspections per year as well as discounts on products and services. We are nothing short of happy with our company as they have been consistent, helpful and honest. We have had other companies in our home before using Fountain Hills air and dealt with nothing but sell, sell, sell. We have had techs Jason & Chad in our home and feel they do have our best interest and do not sell us what does not benefit us and our systems.

This is a very dishonest company. We purchased a used home in spring of 2013. We called them to inspect the air conditioning and heating system. Bill for services over $600. The following spring, we had them out under the service plan we had purchased. We were told major things needed done, to the tune of over $800. My husband said, "let's roll the dice" and wait until we return in the fall. Our equipment
did just fine over the summer. In the spring of 2015, they returned under the service plan, and told us we needed repairs totaling over $500. By this time, we were getting suspicious of their motives, and started asking neighbors about them. All comments were negative. I obtained the name of a reliable individual, whom I called for a second opinion. He looked things over and said we did not need $500
worth of repairs. The final straw happened this fall, under the last of the service plan
calls. I was told I had mold in one unit, and should not run the unit, because I could
possibly infiltrate the entire heating and air system throughout the house, and it would be very expensive to repair. He gave me three options to fix mold, ranging from $300 to $1500. I immediately called my reliable individual. HE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF MOLD in my unit. This type of dishonesty raises the hair on the back of my neck. Please do not do business with this company.

This company was horrible. I found out my elderly mother purchased an AC unit 2 years ago and since they installed, she has had to have them out every 6 months to correct problems. Compressor out, TXV out, coils out, everything under the sun has gone wrong and they continue to charge her for parts and labor. She has paid over $2500 just in service and repair work since they installed 2 years ago. I found out about it and called owner ([redacted]) to see if he would do the right thing and take care of these issues. I had another AC company come out ([redacted]) to inspect and it turns out that the AC unit wasn't bad, it was all faulty workmanship that caused all of the issues. We called the owner and he wouldn't even show up at her house to discuss the damages. he sent 2 new employees who knew nothing about the situation to look at her unit. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. what business preys on the elderly in a retirement community and takes advantage this way? He knew he was in the wrong and refused to step up and fix the situation given multiple chances to do so.
