Mr*** who is bringing the above complaint started service with Fountain Inn Natural Gas on March 14, Since that time, he has never made an on time payment and has been disconnected for non-payment four timesThe last disconnection was on May 10, The customer was given a
courtesy call and left a voice mail on May 9, at 5:pm saying that his gas service would be interrupted if payment wasn’t made by 8:am on May 10, His account balance on the date of May 10, was $A technician went out and turned the gas off at the meter at 10:amAt that time, a disconnection fee went on his account in the amount of $240.00, bringing his balance to $ The customer told the customer service representative that he did receive the phone call and his gas had not been disconnected She told him that the gas was turned off earlier that morning, and the entire balance including the disconnection fee of $had to be paid in order to reinstate serviceThe customer paid the total amount of $with a credit card by phone at 1:pm and his service restored at 2:pm the same day

Customer was billed with the past due amount and a cut-off date before he was cut off so the fee would not have shown on his bill. The back of the bill shows the fees. Also, please find the signed rule and regulation sheet which customer signed that shows the fees.
