I received a letter signed by [redacted] Shultz about a HOA that I am apparently apart of and did not knowI wanted to discuss the letter and get other information regarding the HOA so I contacted her officeI spoke with her assistant that could not help in any wayThen I received an email that did not answer any of the questions I askedI then responded and asked the questions again(BTW, I am speaking with her assistants or other employees and have yet to here from her)Now, It has been four days and I haven't received a reply email to my questions nor I have I received a phone call from when I originally left a message for herI understand that she may be bust but she wasn't too busy to send me this signed letter that states "call me if you have any questions"! Not good business practice!
