Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The issue is not that I signed the loan application without first reading it - this has been stipulated. The is is the behavior of Ram Country, to wit:- Ram Country charged me $40,for a used vehicle with a MSRP of $25,- new.- Ram Country entered fraudulent information on the loan application in order that it would be approved, specifically:a) increasing my monthly income from $to $5,250, andb) decreasing my monthly rent from $to $225.Furthermore:Ram Country did not offer to buy back the vehicle, butRam Country did offer me $5,- if I would tell the OCCC to stop their investigation. Finally, Ram Country mis-stated my proposed resolution, which is:1) Ram Country returns the money they fraudulently received from the bank, and2) Ram Country informs the bank (as they already admitted to me) that the $22,already paid by me is a fair price for the vehicle and therefore no loan is requiredAnd either:3) Ram Country keeps the vehicle and returns me my $22,599, or4) Ram Country keeps my $22,and I keep the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: I was told we were only signing the age so that I could get a price on the...

truck we were looking at. I specifically told s[redacted]sman and credit manager NOTTo pull a credit report the both said the wouldn't until I called the following day to tell how much I could put down on the truck.  My wishes were completely ignored.  I have told by the s[redacted]sman, credit manager and [redacted] the Vice President that they had the legal right to do what they did. I still feel that I was lied to about the reason I needed to sign the sheet for pricing. [redacted] was much better about explaining that I gave them the legal right to check credit but ethical rights are still another matter   He apologized for doing it but reiterated they were legally in the clear. I was more concerned with moral and ethical rights. I never intended to sue or press any charges  I just felt cheated and lied to and misled. I appreciate [redacted] calling but he did not tell the Revdex.com the whole story. Hi only said they didn't do anything illegal

We have met with the customer and reviewed all of the documents that the customer has signed.  All of the documents and procedures were legal and binding.  The customer signed all of the documents and acknowledged it was her signature.  It was explained to the customer that all...

procedures were followed and the bank now owns the vehicle and she must deal with the bank.  We attempted to help the customer or buy the car back but the customer wants us to pay off the car and allow her to keep it and that is not a reasonable request.
