Review: We have contacted FV REFRIGERATION to repair our stove oven back in December 13, 2013 and the owner himself came and replaced the igniter for $90 The igniter was replaced already by himself a year before for the amount of $120.

On May 15, 2014, we observe some delay in the ignition, same problem we had before.

of the oven, so we called mr [redacted] to come and look at the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, between noon and 1:00pm. He never showed up or called, after many attempt, he would not respond. I called back on the following Monday and rescheduled for the Tuesday May 20, explaining this issue was presenting a danger of explosion. Never less he never showed up or answer my numerous calls that day or the following day.

By explaining to him that there was a danger, he should have come immediately as promised.

My wife and I were very upset about his lack of responsibility and rudeness in not honoring his word or work.Desired Settlement: This men should be warned by the Revdex.com AND FINED for incompetence and irresponsibility. and we should be refunded for both service calls to the total amount of $90 + $120.00 = $210

Review: ON OCTOBER 21, 2013MR LE CAME TO FIX MY ICE MACHINEAND CHARGED ME $360HE CHANGE 3 PARTS FROM MY MACHINE FOR NOT WORKING PARTSMR LE SAID 90 DAYS WARRANTY. THE MACHINE IS NOT WORK FOR 1 HOUR. I CALLED HIM MANY TIME HE IS NOT ANSWER ME.Desired Settlement: I WANT HIM TO PAY ME MY MONEY AND TAKE HIS PART AND GIVE ME MY PARTS.

Review: In 5/2012 [redacted] from FV Refrigeration, air condition, appliance came to my house because my freezer wasn't staying cold and making a loud noise, he 1st told me the overload relay was bad, but then changed the diagnosis to a bad main board. He replaced it and charged me $298, and wrote on the receipt 60 day warranty on parts & labor. About a month after he repaired the freezer we started hearing the same noise I made several attempts to reach [redacted] but he would answer my calls or texts, and then on 3 different occasions he stated he was on his way over to check it out. When I tried calling him regarding not showing up he wouldn't answer. Overtime the noise got worse on and off and evenly in 11/13 our freezer stopped keeping our food cold again. When I tried to call [redacted] I got no response. A to Z Appliance came out and fixed our freezer again. He said that the area over the condenser hadn't been cleaned and the main board was bad, and we had to replace it again. This company took the time to clean the area first and then replaced it. FV did not therefore they did and inadequate job which cost me to have to spend an additional $442. I called [redacted] this morning and got a hold of him, I explained to him my concern and how this was not right, plus you can't give only a 60 day warranty in California it must be a minimum of 90 days according to the law. I asked him if he would like to make it right, and if wanted him to be informed of this so it doesn't happen to another customer. He said he didn't care, not his problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated the $298 that I paid this company to complete a service that was not done right, and then made it impossible to contact them. Very dissatisfied. I also wanted him to be more aware of the law, and consumers rights. Thank you very much.
