Once again, we are sorry to hear that you have tear in your seat and believe that it happened at car wash. However, our management team determined that it didn’t happen at our site and therefore we are not respnsible for the disputed damage as we explained earlier. Also, the multipack has been purchased from the same ownership because the ownership never changed for more than 10years and the purchase made less than a year ago. We ar happy to serve our customers in this area and our customers are also happy that we care for the cars responsibly with maximum satisfactions.If you can come to our management team and like to refund the remaining washes or amount of services, we will prorate the amount considering services offered and the original purchase price carefully.Thanks again for your understanding in this matter and I hope you will find this response useful. Management team at Fountain Valley Car Wash

Review: I took my brand new vehicle to this business on 9/22/14 at 5:19. When I handed the van over is was dent-less/chipless. When the honked for me to get it after they were done the first thing I noticed was a huge chip taken out of the LEFT fender. I filed a complaint immediately. The next day 9/23/14 I called and spoke to the "manager" [redacted]. He said they are not liable for any damages to my vehicle and refused to let me speak with the owner, [redacted]. What can be done about all of this? Fix auto in Anaheim is estimating $900-$1200 dollars in damages. Please contact me as soon as possible on what to do.Desired Settlement: I would like my damages repaired.
