Review: This company falsely advertises on its website that it has an A+ rating from the Revdex.com, when it was not even in your records until I entered its information to file this complaint form. it also falsely advertises that it is fully licensed, even though it,does not have the required license from the State Contractors Licensing Board and it has no business license from the City of Newport Beach.Desired Settlement: This is an an ethical business that lures unsuspecting consumers into business relationships by its false and misleading advertising. Its employees try to trick consumers into unnecessary repairs, provide false and misleading estimates for work, and grossly overcharge for work that is performed. Furthermore, the owner of the company submitted a charge to our credit card company (which is being disputed) that was greatly in excess of the amount for which we had provided written authorization.
