Review: I paid $350 for this business to complete and file my taxes and they incorrectly filed the wrong forms and made errors which caused me to receive notices from both the IRS and Franchise Tax Forms. They admitted over the phone that they made mistakes and wanted me to sign an amended return, but would not explain in writing that they had made errors. They stated verbally that they would work with my current preparer to provide me a refund, since I had to pay another provider to redo my taxes, yet have refused to respond to my current preparer despite numerous phone calls and letters. When I call their office, all I receive is a voice mail from a staff person that never returns my calls. My daughter talked to the CEO [redacted] who stated he would work with my current tax preparer, yet refused to respond or acknowledge any errors in writing. Please help me, as I am a Senior Citizen on a limited income and should have a resolution to my problem. This place is terrible and has cause me great distress and concern especially since I have received threatening notices from the IRS and the FTB due to their errors.Desired Settlement: Refund and an appology acknowledging their error.
