There is mildew in the apartment and smells. The apartment flooded and water came through the walls of the apartment.
My move I date was 02/21/2014. I did not move in until 02/27/2014 because maintenance b started the plumbing and there was holds in the walls from the plumbing and not ceiling in the bathroom. The carpet was wet like they had a flood and it smelled really bad. The air conditioner was not working and they told me it was OK to to move in on 02/21/2014. I gave them a week to fix it and I moved in on 02/27/2014. Now on 04/01/2014 an apartment above me water heater burst and it flooded my apartment. Maintenance did not put enough blowers in the apartment and it smell like mildew. No one called and told me what they going good to do with fixing the walls and the cracks. It looks like mildew behind the walls.
