My 1994 Mercedes needed a new head liner. Several other companies would not do it or could not find the original vinyl replacement. Auto Upholstery unlimited was able to immediately give me a quote to replace the original vinyl which had to be soecial ordered. When it arrived after a week, a date was set up and the headliner replaced. It looks like new!! Furthermore, they did the work for the same price as others had quoted for a dacron material replacement and who would "do their best" to match the color!
Friendly, efficient, helpful (with transport) and totally professional.

I am a retired disabled Vet and I rarely submit these types of things but this was really terrible. Wells Renovations, Inc. is one of several subcontractors with [redacted] I purchased a Built Rite sliding glass door and screen for installation to replace my current slider. I was told by Lowe's I would be contacted within 24-48 hours of purchase(since the door was in stock and NOT a special order) by the contractor to arrange installation, one week later I follow up(STRIKE 1) with Lowe's and they tell me it unusual for them not to have already contacted me. Wells Renovation representative Melissa states that she did not get any work order from [redacted] I reconfirm with [redacted] and they show me a copy of the faxed work order timestamped the same day I bought the door and screen(STRIKE 2), I contact Wells Renovations on Monday the 16th of November 2015 to confirm they are going to come(because weather guessers say rain will be in the forecast), Melissa states they don't make the call to cancel or reschedule until closer to the date(God and country already know RAIN is in the forecast for Wednesday). Morning of installation I get called by Melissa, she states they are cancelling my install(calls @ 0920 my install is from 1130-1300) because of rain and the caulk wouldn't be able to dry properly from weather.......Ummmm we knew it was going to be rainy on MONDAY when I called why didn't you mention the rain/caulk issue then(STRIKE 3)???? I would have just rescheduled and NOT taken the day off from work. So now I have to take another day off of work and pray it isn't rainy in early December and I still have my messed up door.
Very poor customer service/follow up/ details of information/attention to detail. This business definitely from my experience does NOT have their [redacted] in one sock, I have already contacted [redacted] to attempt to have a different contractor perform this work. [redacted] has been above and beyond very helpful so far in resolving this. I would rate this business half of 1 star on a scale of 5 stars. Consumers BEWARE, avoid this business if at all possible.
