I have already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com concerning my Dodge ChargerThe issue has NOT been resolvedI am supposed to meet with the service manager on July ***I was charged for repairs that were not fixed and then charged again. I want my $back, I want the tire sensor light fixed, I want my front end to not sound like it's going to fall off while driving over the slightest uneven pavement and Id like new tires installed as this will be my 3rd set for a car with 44,miles on it

Our service manager, Bob K***, is in contact with the customer discussing a viable refund. We are still waiting for the matter to be resolved. We are hoping the customer will update the issue when it is taken care of
Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge regarding complaint ID ***. I have spoken to Fiat/Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep corporate headquarters and they too have been unsuccessful in contacting the owners and upper management staff at this
Bayside Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealership. The owners and upper management staff refuse to answer phone calls, and they refuse to return messages left with the receptionists. Corporate Headquarters stated on December *, that they have made several attempts to contact Bayside Dodge, and Bayside has not made any attempts to resolve this issue. Corporate also explained that they issued out a "Red Letter" to that dealership. The representative explained that the "Red Letter" was issued to that dealership because of Bayside Dealer's negligence. They also iterated that a "Red Letter" is a negative or "bad" grade on the dealership.Sincerely,

We are not 100% clear on what it is that this customer is saying. We would need to speak with the customer personally in order to better understand the sequence of events and issues that happened. Our service manager is available to speak with the customer should they want to better
