Four Brothers Supply

Review: My stepson purchased a used Kawasaki 125 dirt bike from a private party recently. After two weeks the motor blew up. We took it to four brothers to have it repaired. This was the end of May. They quoted a price of $600.00 to repair it. After dozens of phone calls , with different excuses each time , we were getting fed up. We just picked up motor yesterday , over two months later. The cost was over $1000.00! They wouldn't give us motor or nogotiate a lower price closer to what was quoted especially after two months of waiting. I talked to some other local shops and they said this is a 5 hour job. Also once we got motor home we noticed some parts were missing. Needless to say we are very upset with the quality and professionalism of this business.Desired Settlement: I would like a $400.00 refund. Closer to what was quoted. And after two months of waiting around , I think its deserved.
