They attempted to violate their contract with BCBSNC by asking me to pay the difference between the contractual payment amount with BCBSNC and the full price They have also failed to properly file insurance claims and then ask for full payment and are unwilling to file the claim properly Both cases required me to contact my insurance company to call in on my behalf to straighten out these problems Unacceptable service and/or business practices
