[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have always assumed the responsibility to pay for the services provided I was always available to MsJ [redacted] but she was always rude at time of conversations The last time we had a phone conversation she hung up on me I feel that MsJ [redacted] was rude from the gand very unprofessional I felt very offended that she is calling me a liar and a dishonest person The only reason why I approached Revdex.com was to find a resolution to my case as I was not ready to pay the full amount but rather work out a payment planWhen I arrived for the initial visit it should of been her responsibility, as well, to also verify my insurance card and compatibility with her network Please use this letter to officially post my complaint with Four Corners Dentistry and more specifically S [redacted] J [redacted] as very unprofessional and rude dentist Very poor customer service and poor customer resolution methods Dishonest methods to accept insurance companies not affiliated with her network and having the client pay the full amount without verifying with client's insurance compatibility and the unwillingness to work with the customerFurthermore I will pay the full amount tomorrow, January 9th, I want a receipt with the full satisfied balance I will never return to this office and will not recommend ANYONE to this dentist Regards, [redacted]

12/17/2014To: Revdex.comComplaint ID# [redacted] Dental procedures were done for [redacted] and Her son in june 24/When she came for her dental visit in my office, I looked at her Insurance card and told her that I have never taken HMO or DMO InsurancesI also told her she has to payShe insisted that I file with her InsAnd if the Insurance did not pay she willShe has signed papers that she is responsible for all of dental care for her and her sonAlso it is patient's responsibility to check dental Insurance before coming to my office.I sent her several bills, after insurance did not payI talked to her on phone three timesEach time she set a time to come to my office, but never came and did not call eitherDental procedures that she asked for were done for her and her sonShe does not want to pay anythingAll the information she wrote, are not accurate at allHer total bill is $If she agrees to pay it off by Jan 15/2014, I can report to collection agency and cancel the processIf you want to proof her lies and dishonesty, please have her to send the payment to youThen you forwarded to meI think six months to wait to be paid ismore than long enough.Sincereley: Soraya J DDS

I am rejecting this response because:

All the information she wrote, are not accurate at all. Her total bill is $780.00. If she agrees to pay it off by Jan 15/2014, I can report to collection agency and cancel the process. If you want to proof her lies and dishonesty, please have her to send the payment to you. Then you forwarded to me.
